All post-paid VOIP services are subject to policies dictated in our service contract. All disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the issue to be considered valid. Resporg fees, DID Line Charges and VOIP airtime are non-refundable.
Prepaid VOIP Services
Prepaid VOIP services can be refunded on a pro-rated basis if proper contract cancellation steps have been followed.
Full Refund
